In January, 2000, The Lock-ett Up Foundation entered into a five-year partnership with the colleges of Human Ecology, Business Administration, and Education, the Athletic Department, the Student Athlete Advisory Committee, Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School in Manhattan and the KSU Student Foundation. This partnership established reading programs in area schools and created scholarships for K-State students. Kevin made a commitment to fund three annual scholarships that will be awarded to a multicultural student, a student athlete and a student enrolled in the College of Business Administration.
